The Otesha Project (Australia): Cycling for Sustainability hosts several bicycle tours each year that ride around rural areas of Australia to empower, educate, and engage youth about sustainable consumption through a theatrical skit and workshops. Otesha (Aus.) hits the road

This year there are two regional bicycle tours in New South Wales and Victoria.

Introducing the New South Wales Tour...
November 15th to December 22nd, 2008

17 tour members will embark on a bicycle tour from Brisbane to Newcastle (over 1000 KM's), explore the eastern coastline, engage youth about sustainable consumption, and live collectively in a bicycle crew.

Crickey did you say Victoria?
January 18th to March 1st, 2009

22 crew members will peddle from Frankston in a massive loop around rural Victora back to Melbourne! While educating youth about sustainable consumption, living in a collective bicycle crew, and enjoying Australia at a slow pace.
